MARLBOROUGH CITY HAPPENINGS! - February 2016
Finding a commercial property in Marlborough will be more difficult in 2016, as the commercial vacancy has fallen for the fourth consecutive year to just 11.9 percent.
A 475,000-square-foot development on Route 20 close to I-495 has been proposed in Marlborough and is set to include entertainment, office buildings and hotels.
In hopes of continuing to strengthen the city’s economy, the MEDC launched a revolving loan fund, which will provide gap financing for new and existing small businesses.
